With over 15 years of professional experience, Mr. Samim has worked extensively in project leadership, organizational development, and community-focused initiatives, particularly in complex and fragile environments. His background includes close collaboration with government institutions, national and international NGOs, and multilateral organizations across Afghanistan. Throughout his career, he has served in senior leadership roles such as Executive Director, Program Coordinator, and Project Manager, leading more than ten large-scale humanitarian and development projects nationwide. As Founder of TACC, Mr. Samim provides strategic direction and oversees project implementation, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery. His leadership is driven by a commitment to professional standards, sustainability, and long-term value creation in the construction sector
